Welcome back WIBT! Fantastic update! And it would have been great without the spins from the new station even though yday IIHY didn’t get a new PC spin. Billionaire may not go recurrent tomorrow (common Swift do your job!) but IIHY may pass Eminem. Today we have to defend only 1 OHP and 1 SNO spin.
Btw Fox All Access is spun by KIIS LA too, so we will get an extra spin tomorrow from them that will be syndicated tho.

Is anyone still voting on VH1 anymore, or have we let that go?
It might be awhile before IIHY gets into the HAC Top 20. Taylor’s moving fast and I don’t know if Nickelback is coming down fast enough.
I haven’t voted since the very beginning. There is no way that countdown is base on votes, IMHO, but I understand it’s almost an OCD thing with alot of fans 🙂
But the one thing I will say- when the video gets the full treatment like it did today- that song goes up on itunes.
Yeah, I haven’t voted for awhile either. I didn’t care that much before, but now that sales have been decreasing, it would have been nice for it to be back on top again. It always did seem to help on iTunes.
Love the starters screencap btw! Who did that? How do you do that? I want to be able to do that with justgills charts on Wenesdays when BB and sales come out.
I still vote and voted last week more than the week before. Disappointed, because high on VH1 has seemed to help sales.

Great Top 40 update! With the increased AI, I hope that sales increase or at least don’t decrease. As for that status of the IIHY video on VH1, isn’t it’s falling rank more about it having been played for quite a while now? I read on Pulse, that the video has a decreased rotation on VH1.
I think VH1 does what it wants with the countdown (perhaps with some studio input/payola), so the voting means something maybe, but certainly not everything. At this point, I’d guess IIHY will probably be off the countdown in a few weeks, regardless of how people vote or don’t vote.
Anyone know why the #51-200 radio chart for pop hasn’t been updated on Pulse lately?
The VH1 website has IIHY listed as #14 this week. Either VH1 is wrong, or someone remembered wrong when posting the info.
I think VH1 heavily favors their Posted artist of the month as well as new releases. When Adam reached #1 so easily, I thought it was just fans voting, but Sara Bareilles’ “King of Anything” as #1 recently? Seriously?

I saw a Cumulus Atlanta spin this afternoon, but I couldn’t tell whether or not it was syndicated. Any of the syndicated spin experts know? The song before was No Surprise and the song after was Umbrella.
I don’t know about today (too lazy too check…) but WWWQ definitely gave IIHY a couple of non-syndicated spins yesterday..
Wow! Talk about the VH1 survey being screwed up! The photo shows Eminen/Rhianna as #1, despite the fact that their video was taken off the survey mid-week! But, the list shows Katy Perry as number one with Eminem completely gone and Adam moved up to #14! I think an intern is going to get fired soon!
IIHY will make top20 on HAc since Nickelback goes recurrent this week. Atlanta cumulus spinned 3 times yesterday that was non syndicated but I don’t know about today? Also the starter screencaps are made by me… I can make them for you on wednesdays if you want.
Did IIHY make breakout on HAC AT40 or were we ignored?
IIHY jumped up to #29 in the last couple of hours. Odd. I wonder if the chart was frozen for most of the day but looks like VH1 did the job again. Man he needs a performance.

Yay for Atlanta Cumulus spins! So weird what’s going on with them. They added Nelly 2 weeks before the the rest of the non-rogue Cumulus stations added. But they added Flo Rida three weeks ago and the non-rogue stations haven’t added yet.
